"I have been seeing James Baker at Baker Wellness since November and he has helped with my PTSD, pain, lymphatic system and whole body wellness tremendously. I first met James at a Psychic fair in Fargo and before I even explained my story he intuitively saw things in me that need that needed to heal and be released. I am a survivor of domestic violence and suffer from PTSD which lead to panic and anxiety disorders and extreme body inflammation specifically in my lower back and neck also due in partly to three c-sections. He also was able to help my digestive system from acid reflux and indigestion. I have received Cranial sacral therapy from him which has been key in my healing and releasing of trauma/PTSD.  Lymphatic Drainage for overall health and removing chemical trauma throughout my body and brain.  He has greatly impacted my journey of healing and has brought me feeling like myself again. He offers knowledgeable practices, exercises and methods to use at home and in-between treatments. James is super intuitive and sensitive to the energy of healing one’s body, mind and spirit.
